This photo is what I did today, I feel so good having got my workout out of the way, now I can relax and enjoy my day off! I did my 50 squats for the squatsept challenge plus another 100 squat pulses phew my thighs my thighs!
P.S. I’m only 3.5 pounds away from goal weight one! I am so excited to have the pounds falling off but I’m even more excited about the way my body is responding to being pushed. It pleases me that I can jog without hyperventilating, I can keep moving through the pain in my side and I can push through all the burning when doing squats!
